Indirect Dealer Key Points

Below you will be presented with our Authorized Indirect Dealer Agreement, which contains our terms and conditions for a Dealer who purchases from an Authorized Distributor.

Please review the following Key Points included in the Authorized Dealer Agreement to ensure you are willing and able to fulfill our requirements:

Products may only be sold to End Users; third-party sales (i.e. Transshipping) is strictly prohibited, considered a material breach of the Agreement and carry monetary penalties

International and Sales outside of the Territory are strictly prohibited.

Internet sales are prohibited under the Agreement.

Include the Product SKU# on the individual Product ad listings.

Clearly label all ad listings of Products not on the current price list as 'closeout' or 'discontinued' or 'past season'.

Dealer shall identify and provide the required information for ALL physical (Brick & Mortar) locations and ALL Internet (per URL) locations from which Dealer sells products.

Dealer shall comply with the Intellectual Property guidelines contained in Schedule B and Schedule C.
